- Maximum occupancy limits are set by each cottage.
- All cottages are NON-SMOKING. Failure to comply will result in a $200 fee.
- All rates exclude doggie fees of $75 – $150 depending on length of stay and number of doggies – maximum of 2.
- Cleaning fees $30-for Studio and One bedroom, $75-for Two bedroom and $ 150 for Three bedroom.
We require a 50% deposit of the total booking at time of reservation, with the balance due at check-in. Cancellations prior to 30 days of arrival will result in a $50 cancellation fee for studios and 1-bedroom, $100 for 2 bedroom and $150 for three bedroom. Cancellations between 30-14 days prior to arrival will result in a loss of the deposit. Cancellations less than 14 days prior to arrival will result in loss of deposit and charged the full amount of reservation.
We take MasterCard and Visa. There will be $25 fee for American Express and Discover.
